Geocel 4500 Roof Bonding Sealant is a premium Scypolymer one-component, proprietary bonding sealant specifically designed for roofing applications and systems.

M-1 by Chem Link is a moisture cure, multi-purpose structural adhesive/sealant designed for bonding and sealing a wide range of construction materials. M-1 forms a tough, elastic & waterproof seal to most roofing materials, masonry, wood, glass, aluminum and foam. M-1 bonds well to most building surfaces including metal flashing, copings, skylights, and HVAC surfaces and makes for an excellent construction adhesive sealant for multiple applications.

1-Part is a pourable, self-leveling, 100% solids polyether sealant that requires no mixing. It cures with atmospheric moisture to a flexible rubber mass that will not shrink. This is used to form a durable, watertight seal around the roof penetration. It accommodates movement and is suggested for use on all granulated membranes and details with excessive movement. Not for sloped roof applications. Available in white, black, and gray.

K-FLEX® 320 & 620 Contact Adhesives are air-drying solvent-based neoprene contact adhesives that are excellent for joining seams and butt joints of elastomeric pipe and sheet insulation.

General purpose non-hardening pipe thread sealants are intended for basic plumbing applications that are not exposed to high pressures from gas or liquid. They do not harden, which helps prevent cracking as the sealant ages and allows easy adjustment and disassembly.

SILICONE SEALANT BLACK

Chemlink Durasil High Performance Silicone Sealant DuraSil is a neutral cure (RTV) silicone, adhesive sealant, designed for application on dissimilar materials such as glass, aluminum, steel, copper, masonry and many engineering plastics such as polycarbonate, vinyl (PVC), fiberglass (FRP), asphalt shingles, tile, and acrylic. DuraSil is also well suited for difficult to bond surfaces such as Kynar 500® PVDF and Tedlar® PVF.
Installation
Remove all dirt, oil, loose paint, frost and other contamination from all working surfaces with alcohol DO NOT USE petroleum solvents such as mineral spirits or xylene. Maintain DuraSil at room temperature before applying to ensure easy gunning and tooling. Test and evaluate to ensure adequate adhesion. Carefully gun the sealant with a smooth, continuous bead. If tooling is needed, do so within fifteen minutes of application.

GacoPatch is a flashing grade, stand-alone silicone roof sealant designed to be installed in a single application on a variety of roof types including asphalt, single ply, metal, and most existing coatings. GacoPatch is now available in both a 2 gallon pail and a sausage tube. It is a one-step application which reduces labor time and eliminates the cost of additional products such as primers, tapes, and top coats. GacoPatch is a long-term solution for roof repairs because it is UV stable and does not chalk, crack, become brittle or break down over time. GacoPatch contains no asphalts or acrylics, and remains permanently flexible, even under ponding water. No additional reinforcement or extra application steps are required for horizontal patches, even over ½” thick.
